- Be comfortable – for the women/girls we suggest low heeled shoes or “flats”.
- Take as many/few lessons as you need to gain confidence in yourself.
- It is your responsibility to make sure your permit is valid at all time and it′s your responsibility to call the driving school′s office to setup the appointment.
- The services you signed up for, expires after 6 months from today′s date.
- There is a 30% cancellation fee for any unused portion of your lessons (any referral fee will also be deducted)
- Driver training appointment can only be canceled 48 hours in advance, in any condition or you will pay the cost of one lesson which is two hours training. (no exception unless you have a doctor′s note)
- There is a $25.00 fee for each duplicated DMV certificate which is issued by this driving school.
- If a check/credit card bounces there will be a $25.00 service charge and both the $25.00 charge and the check amount has to be paid in cash.
- Please be patient if your instructor is a few minutes late. He/She may be detained on a driving test with another student. (If not there by 15 minutes after the appointment, please call the office number.)
- Remember there is 10 minutes break time for two hours training which can be taken anytime during the session.
- Please check the list to ensure that your city is listed. If you purchase a package where we do not service, you will be responsible for the $50 PayPal fee. Therefore, that amount will be deducted from your refund. Please read carefully before making a purchase. If you are unclear, please do not hesitate to call for we look forward to answering questions.
- Please be advised that upon making an online payment, it is the student’s responsibility to contact our office to arrange an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a delay in scheduling.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
When purchasing a driving lesson package (such as 6 hours, 10 hours, or any other discounted package), the discounted price is based on a reduced hourly rate. Each lesson is 2 hours long.
If you decide to cancel your package after using some of the hours, the hours already completed will be recalculated and charged at the standard single-lesson rate rather than the discounted package rate.
Any remaining unused balance will be refunded after the completed hours are adjusted to the regular rate.
Example:
If you purchased a 6-hour package and completed 4 hours (2 lessons), your refund will be calculated by:
• Charging the regular price for the 2 completed lessons (4 hours total)
• Refunding the remaining unused balancePlease note: No refunds are issued for lessons that have already been completed.
